Foam material quality

In our factory, we mould our own high-density cold cure foam using a special moulding technique which is practically unique to our company. Moulding technique and high foam density ensure that KEBE furniture maintains a high level of seating comfort, year after year. The durability of the foam depends on two factors:

Density
The foam density of our chairs is between 35 kg/m³ and 70 kg/m³.

• High foam density means a large quantity of foam and ensures long-term comfort and durability of the chair.
• When high-density foam is used, a 3-4 cm foam cushion on top of the springs is sufficient to provide optimum comfort.

Elasticity

• KEBE uses highly elastic cold cure foam, also known as high-resiliency PUR foam.
• Because of its highly resilient fibres, this type of foam will always retain its shape, elasticity and suppleness.
